- Fresh Bananas (not brown)
- Pineapple (Frozen or canned)
- Mango (frozen)
- Peach (frozen)
- Strawberries (fresh)
- Orange Juice
- Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Get out a blender and put in 2 bananas. Measure in 2 cups of pineapples, strawberries, and peaches. And measure in 1 cup of mango. (if your blender does not fit that much fruit just cut each measurement in half) Then pour in orange juice till it gets about halfway up the blender. Put in as much milk as you want (but DO NOT fill all the way to the top. From past experiences I know that it will overflow.)
- Then pour into cups and drink that day. Normally the amount you make will feed 9 to 12 people.
