Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 overflowing tbsp honey
  • 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts 

Directions:
  1. In a bag, combine the curry powder, turmeric, paprika, pepper, salt, lemon juice and honey.  Shake to combine. Add the chicken and coat. 
  2. Grill the chicken and serve with rice and broccoli (or your favorite vegetable).

Note: For a more intense flavor, marinate the Chicken for a couple hours.
