Directions:
Sweet Potatoes:
- 5 cooked sweet potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Orange Juice
- Dash of salt
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Topping:
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 stick of butter - softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together (either in the pan you plan on baking them in or in a separate bowl) except for the topping and beat until thoroughly combined. Place in a baking dish.
- Mix the flour, butter and brown sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes adding the pecans.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
