Ingredients:
Directions:
Yield: 6-8 servings
- 1lb small rice pasta shells
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12oz cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta shells and cook until soft and then drain the pasta.
- Return the pot to the stove over med-low heat. Melt the butter in the pot and then add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk sauce until thoroughly combined and then add the pasta back to the pot. Top with the cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is thickly coated with cheese. Serve immediately.
Yield: 6-8 servings
