Ingredients:
Directions:
Yields: 6-8 servings
- 1 lb ground sausage or beef
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cam diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 jar (24oz) pasta sauce
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your preferred flavor)
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Sauté the green onions and set aside.
- Brown your choice of ground sausage or beef, drain and return to the skillet.
- Add milk, water, onion, garlic powder, pasta sauce, broken noodles, and Italian seasoning to the skillet and stir. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, mix in the diced tomatoes, cover and simmer about 15-20 minutes.
- Add shredded cheese to the skillet, remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
- Top with grated Parmesan
- Enjoy
