Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage or beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cam diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 jar (24oz) pasta sauce
  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your preferred flavor)
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
  1. Sauté the green onions and set aside.
  2. Brown your choice of ground sausage or beef, drain and return to the skillet.
  3. Add milk, water, onion, garlic powder, pasta sauce, broken noodles, and Italian seasoning to the skillet and stir. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, mix in the diced tomatoes, cover and simmer about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add shredded cheese to the skillet, remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan
  7. Enjoy
