Ingredients:
Directions:
Yield: 24 cookies
Note: Do not over mix or add more moisture!
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ¼ cups of flour
- ¾ cup finely chopped nuts
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Extra Powdered sugar for rolling balls in.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Blend butter, vanilla, and confectioners’ sugar together.
- Slowly blend in flour, salt, and chopped nuts.
- Roll into small 1 inch balls, and put on a tray, un-greased.
- Put in in the oven for 8 minutes.
- When baked, take out, and carefully roll still hot cakes in powdered sugar. Coat cakes three times.
Yield: 24 cookies
