Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes:
  • 5 cooked sweet potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Orange Juice
  • Dash of salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Topping:
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 stick of butter - softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients together (either in the pan you plan on baking them in or in a separate bowl) except for the topping and beat until thoroughly combined. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the flour, butter and brown sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over the sweet potatoes adding the pecans.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes.
