Gluten Free Brownies

Yield: About 8 bars.
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a small saucepan over low, melt butter and sugar. Add chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and beat for 2 minutes with wire whisk. Add eggs 1 at a time then add the vanilla.
- Sift in the cocoa, cornstarch, and salt. Beat vigorously for one to two minutes.
- Pour into 8x8 casserole pan and bake for 22-30 min.
Yield: About 8 bars.
