Poolside dippers

Splash 'O Ranch

Ingredients:
  • 8-ounce carton sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  •  1-ounce envelope ranch-flavored salad dressing mix without buttermilk solids
  • Cut up vegetables**

​Directions:
  1. Put the sour cream mayonnaise and dressing mix in a bowl. Stir together. 
  2. Serve with the cut up vegetables


Note: I really enjoy cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, and broccoli with this dip. What kind of vegetables do you prefer to eat with dip?

Swimmin' in Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
  • 4-ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey


Directions:
  1. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften. 
  2. Beat cream cheese with the electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the peanut butter, milk, and honey. Beat until well combined and smooth. 
  3. Serve with Apples, Carrot sticks, and/or Graham Cracker Sticks. I have found those 'dippers' taste the best. If you have one that you think tastes better, let us know in the comment section!
