INGREDIENTS

Yield: 6-8 servings
- 3(6 oz) bags frozen cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 3/4 tsp mineral slt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- bacon bits
- diced green onions
DIRECTIONS
- Place the cauliflower in a large pot with a little water and steam until tender. Transfer the cauliflower to a colander and drain out excess water.
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor and add the butter, cheese, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, Process to a smooth puree.
- Scoop out and serve topped with the bacon bits and green onions.
Yield: 6-8 servings
