Yield: 12 servings
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8-oz of cream cheese
- 8-oz of sour cream
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and bacon in a large mixing bowl. Beat at a medium speed until smooth.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish; top with cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
Yield: 12 servings
