​Italian Chicken

Ingredients: 
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts 
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions: 
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F, and grease 2 sheet pans. 
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces, if desired, and place them on the prepared pan.
  3. Coat each breast with the melted butter. 
  4. Mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper together. 
  5. Press the bread crumb mix onto the chicken breasts.
  6.  Cook chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. 
  7. ENJOY! 

Note: If you don’t need enough to feed a giant, just cut this recipe in half.
