Imitation Starbucks Salted Carmel Frappuccino

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Half and Half
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon caramel extract (or more--depending on how "carmely" you like your frappe)
  • About 3/4 cup chilled coffee
  • 1 tray (12 large) ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup all-natural sweetener (I used Monk fruit)
  • 1 tablespoon whey protein powder (opt.)
  • Whipped cream and finely-ground salt (for topping) and caramel sauce (opt)

Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients (except the toppings) into a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute--or until thick and creamy. Taste and adjust ingredienst as needed.
  2. To serve: pour frappe into a glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of salt. 

Yield: About 2-3 glasses
