Greenbean Stew

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 small bag of frozen green beans
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1/2 cups of cooked bacon chopped or in strips
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/8 of a fresh onion
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 of a stick of butter

DIRECTIONS
  1. Put the water in a saucepan on the stove and heat until it boils. Then you put the green beans in and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile: add the seasoning.
  2. When you are done with all of that, take the boiled green beans and strain them. Pull out a frying pan and fry them for 5 minutes constantly stirring. Fry them in butter or for a dairy free option olive oil. Season to taste. Serve while hot.
