Green chili rice

Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can chopped green chilies or 4 fresh roasted chilies minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups uncooked instant rice.

​Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, chilies, and cheese.  Stir in rice.  
  2. Transfer to a greased shallow baking dish.  
  3. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.

Yields 4-6 servings
