Ingredients:
In a small bowl, put 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise, 4 teaspoons, Dijon or normal (Dijon preferred) mustard, and 1 tablespoon honey. Mix well. Directions:
* You can use any fresh vegetables you want (ex: broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini, and/or onions) and the directions will be the same. It probably tastes better though. |
