Creamy Bratwurst Stew

Ingredients:
  • 6 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 carrots, cubed
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 package of bratwurst's
  • chicken broth or 4-6 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups cream

Directions:
  1. Cut all of the vegetables and bratwursts into bite sized pieces (excepting the onions; they should be minced) and put them into a pot (or crockpot). Add the broth, cream, and seasoning.
  2. Cook until vegetables and bratwurst's are cooked. 
  3. Enjoy!
