Yield: 8-10 servings
- 5 lbs cubed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp allspice
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and reduce heat to medium. Boil until tender.
- Once tender drain water. Add butter and mash until smooth. Add in brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until well combined. Serve hot.
Yield: 8-10 servings
