- Bananas
- Peanut butter (if you want you can substitute with almond butter)
- Eggs
- Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Get out a medium pan.
- Smash 1 banana till it is thoroughly smashed. Then adding in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 egg, and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
- Mix thoroughly together. Put oil in the pan and pour little pancakes on the pan. After they are cooked (1 to 2 min.) serve with butter and applesauce. And most of all enjoy!!
