​5-Ingredient Spiced Yogurt

Ingredients
  • ½ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup mashed pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon-sugar (or more-depending on how cinnamonny you want it)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
 
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well, and serve cold.
 
Yield: Single-serve
